Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Wilshire Inn Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment
  • Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to management
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
