Nurse Practitioner

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Complex Care and Recovery Program. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will provide high-quality, client-centered care to individuals with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Collaborate with internal and external services to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex client needs
Provide education and support to students and participate in research activities
Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
BScN degree and CNA certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds
