Job Title: Domestic Housekeeper

M. G. Godbout is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Household Chores: Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Ironing: Launder clothing and household linens.
  • Cooking: Prepare meals as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, punctuality, dependability, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, honesty.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a non-smoking environment. A valid work permit is required.
