About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Nautical Consulting Group Ltd. as a Content Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation to support our clients' software and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop user manuals, guides, and other documentation to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to establish factual content and gather necessary information to support documentation.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior writers to ensure high-quality content and consistent style.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail; and strong organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
