Job Title: Dessert Cafe Cook

We are seeking a skilled Dessert Cafe Cook to join our team at D Spot Dessert Cafe Fort McMurray. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of desserts and menu items to the highest standards.

Job Summary:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Responsibilities:
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
