We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Krishan Sethi. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in caregiving or a related field is an asset.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
Work Setting:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in clients' homes, providing one-on-one care and support. Public transportation is available for travel to and from clients' homes.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Repetitive tasks may be involved in this role.
  • Weight handling: up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
