Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit Labourer to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in helping our Water Damage Technicians restore damaged personal and commercial property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Water Damage Technicians in restoring damaged property
  • Perform physical labour tasks, including heavy lifting and working in tight spaces
  • Operate hand and power tools, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude
  • Participate in demolition and emergency mitigation efforts
  • Record information using technology as required
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including 24/7 on-call shifts
