Responsibilities:

We're seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our Grande Cache, AB store to success. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Lead a team of Associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Recruit, train, and develop Associates to meet business needs

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • POS experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
