The Role
The Assistant Store Manager is a key leadership role that is responsible for managing the Stylists and supporting the Store Manager. As a Retail Team Lead, you will be motivating and influencing the team to help achieve the store's targets and maintain a visually appealing store environment that delights our customers. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating your team to deliver great results, and for driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of Stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Identify and develop opportunities for growth and improvement within the store
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor in a retail or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Passion for retail and fashion
