Job Title: Chief Technology Officer Energy

At Intellibus, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our Platform Engineering Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our technology strategy and ensuring the alignment of our tech capabilities with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals to build and maintain our cutting-edge financial platforms.
  • Define the roadmap for the Platform Engineering function and its key pillars (SRE, DevOps, UX, DX, APIs, Data).
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our SaaS platform and products.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of all technology solutions.
  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Monitor technology performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Drive research and development efforts to explore new technologies and solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology roles, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Advanced certifications in technology management or related areas.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation tools (Terraform, Ansible), programming languages (Java, Python), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large technical teams, drive strategic initiatives, and manage complex projects.
