- Inventory and Supplies: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Teamwork: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve our goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Work Setting: Urban area, fast food outlet or concession.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and time management.
