Job Overview

The Client Services Representative is a vital member of the Circle of Care team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all clients who interact with our organization. This role requires a high level of communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to ensure that clients receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, using standard customer-focused practices to ensure a positive experience.
  • Conduct first-level information gathering and triaging for urgent calls, following established protocols to address client needs and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Proactively troubleshoot client-related problems, using organizational standards to address urgent issues and provide solutions to clients.
  • Participate in client schedule verification procedures and collaborate with team members to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Actively participate in team initiatives and meetings, building support for agency vision and departmental goals through effective communication and leadership.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a communications-related field is essential.
  • Minimum of six months related experience in a call center and/or customer service environment.
  • Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve urgent client situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
