Job Title: Marketing SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at RLDUNN & ASSOCIATES CONSULTING. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement communication strategies to effectively promote our clients' products and services.
  • Develop Policies: Develop policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in our marketing efforts.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs: Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and programs.
  • Implement Communication Strategies and Programs: Implement marketing strategies and programs to achieve our clients' goals.
  • Administer Programs: Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
  • Plan Development Projects: Plan and develop projects to promote business investment in rural and urban areas.
  • Conduct Surveys and Analyze Data: Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
  • Conduct Comparative Research: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Advise Clients: Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
  • Provide Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to government and other organizations.
  • Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies: Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify trends and patterns in consumer behavior.
  • Conduct Social or Economic Surveys: Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends.
  • Review and Evaluate Proposals: Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals.
  • Design Market Research Questionnaires: Design market research questionnaires to gather data on consumer behavior.
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote our clients' products and services.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing strategies to achieve our clients' goals.
  • Ensure Business Licenses: Ensure that appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place.
  • Deliver Presentations: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to promote our clients' products and services.
  • Develop Business Plans: Develop and implement business plans to achieve our clients' goals.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Maintain and manage a digital database to track consumer behavior and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Jira and Salesforce.
  • Area of Specialization: Brand management and strategy.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, team player, accurate, dependable, reliable, integrity, and quick learner.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
