RDM LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the border. Your duties will include driving a variety of vehicles, including straight and articulated trucks, and ensuring the safe loading and unloading of cargo. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your trips, including hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a variety of vehicles, including straight and articulated trucks
  • Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo
  • Maintain accurate records of your trips
  • Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel cross-border
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel overnight

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a truck driver
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations

Working Conditions:

  • Work will be performed in a fast-paced environment
  • May be required to work in a variety of weather conditions
