Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our Front End operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate Front End Operations: Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of the area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, and theft.
  2. Handle Customer and Associate Concerns: Provide guidance and support to customers and associates as required.
  3. Monitor Front End Associates: Ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and provide assistance to outlying registers.
  4. Provide Training and Development: Train associates on systems and company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs and initiatives, discounts, EAS system, and safety.
  5. Oversee Transactions and Errors: Ensure all purchase, return, and exchange transactions are processed correctly, and assist with the correction of errors where required.
  6. Ensure EAS System Functionality: Ensure all EAS systems are functioning to standard, including cashiers deactivating and greeters handling issues appropriately.
  7. Prepare Registers for Opening and Closing: Prepare registers for opening and closing daily, and support cashiers by providing change as needed.
  8. Oversee Company Sponsor Programs: Promote and oversee all company sponsor programs and initiatives, including credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.
