Server Host

Noir Kitchen and Bar is seeking a skilled Server Host to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

• Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner
• Manage tables efficiently, ensuring prompt service and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Provide detailed information on menu items, wine selection, and daily specials to customers
• Upsell and promote beverage and food items to increase sales
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Balance cash and record sales accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Train new staff members and provide coaching to improve performance

• Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with wine and spirits an asset
