Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades with attention to detail.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt with accuracy.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites with caution.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs with a focus on quality.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications with precision.
  • Pave and rake asphalt with care.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials with attention to detail.
  • Perform routine maintenance work with a focus on safety.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites with caution.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites with confidence.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail. The work site environment is outdoors, at heights, noisy, and dusty.
