At Monarch Paving (2016) Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Estimating costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Preparing production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Recruiting and hiring workers and carrying out related staffing actions
  • Coordinating and scheduling activities to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Establishing methods to meet work schedules and ensure projects are completed to a high standard
  • Reading blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Requisitioning materials and supplies to ensure projects have the necessary resources
  • Supervising workers and projects to ensure projects are completed to a high standard
  • Training or arranging for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills to complete projects

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a construction management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with workers and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and overtime required
