Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Canada Computers & Electronics. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the overall success of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management, labor costs, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and its products.
  • Plan and manage store events, promotions, and visual merchandising.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
