We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Atlantik Quality Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities and conversations to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Health and Safety: Administer first aid and CPR as needed, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Setting: Rural, urban, or various locations.
  • Work Hours: 8 to 44 hours per week.
