About the Role
The Maintenance Technician will provide critical support to the facilities and equipment at Teva Pharmaceuticals, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including installation, modification, repair, and maintenance of equipment, utilities, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, utilities, and facilities to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment and facility issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the field.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Industrial Millwright 433A Red Seal license/certification required.
- Three to five years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in the use of tools, equipment, and measuring/calibration/diagnostic devices.
- Knowledge of BAS systems, SAP, PLC, MS Office, and cGMP.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technician or technology diploma.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other GMP environment.
