Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Leader to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our Procurement and Supply Chain Practice, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of procure-to-pay and supply chain processes within organizations. This will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand current processes, gathering business requirements, and designing solutions to streamline and improve efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather detailed business requirements related to procurement, invoicing, supplier management, and payment processes.
  • Map out and document existing P2P and Supply Chain processes, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Provide functional expertise during ERP system implementation or upgrades, ensuring the P2P and Supply Chain modules are aligned with business goals.
  • Design solutions to optimize P2P and Supply Chain processes for improved efficiency and compliance.
  • Analyze P2P and SCM metrics and KPIs to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-9 years of prior management consulting experience with hands-on project delivery experience in client-facing capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations, accounts payable, supplier management, and payment processing.
  • Experience in configuring and using procurement and finance modules of ERP software, particularly in a P2P and SCM context.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, potential risks, and areas for process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross-functional teams and clients.
