Job Description

We're seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our award-winning retail sales team. As a key member of our team, you will provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences to our members. You'll be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets while being an excellent listener and communicator.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for helping others find the best solutions;
  • Excellent listening and communication skills;
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change;
  • Competitive by nature and driven to hit targets;
  • Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality (an asset);
  • Fluency in English (French is an asset for positions in Quebec).
