Job Title: Truck and Coach Mechanic

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Truck and Coach Mechanic to join our team at Stargate Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet of commercial transport trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit
  • Discuss work with supervisor
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Review work orders

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience

Area of Specialization:

  • Diagnostics
  • Alignment, steering and suspension
  • Brake system
  • Hydraulic system
  • Fuel and emission system
  • Ignition and electrical system
  • Standard transmission
  • Truck-trailer repair
  • Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system
