Job Title: Hairstylist

Rupys Hair and Skin Studio is seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, styling, and coloring hair.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hair cutting and styling services to clients, including cutting, trimming, and coloring hair.
  • Shampoo and condition hair, and provide scalp massages to clients.
  • Apply hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting, to enhance the appearance of clients' hair.
  • Use various hair styling techniques, including blow drying, iron waving, and extensions, to create a variety of hairstyles.
  • Work with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences, and provide personalized hair care services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in the hair care industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment.
  • Knowledge of hair care products and techniques.
Working Conditions:

The Hairstylist will work in a busy hair salon environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Language:

The primary language spoken in the salon is English.

Work Schedule:

The Hairstylist will work a regular schedule of 32-40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
