Island Health is seeking a skilled Family Practice physician to join our team in a well-established family practice located in a new building. This is an excellent opportunity to form a group practice with other physicians in the same office.
**Key Highlights**
- Above-average income with below-average overheads
- Professional and long-serving MOA staff providing support to physicians and patients
- Chance to participate in a Primary Care Network offering additional supports, including nursing in practice and a visiting pharmacist
**Benefits**
- May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA)
- Recruitment Incentive = up to $10,000
- Relocation Costs Reimbursement – up to a maximum of $15,000
- Fee Premium – 7.98%
- Annual Flat Fee - $9,112
- Rural CME starting at $2,000/annum in years 3&4, then increasing to a maximum of $4,000 after 4 years in the community
