Job Title: Health Programs Assistant Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Programs Assistant Director to join our team at The International Foundation for Customer Experience in Government. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing health programs that improve public health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign projects and programs to determine potential improvement in public health services
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to achieve program goals
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth program delivery
  • Review projects or data related to public health policy to determine areas of strengths and opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform program decisions
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to stakeholders and senior management
  • Advise senior management on program development and implementation
  • Plan, develop, and implement communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote program success
  • Direct and advise health or social policy researchers, consultants, or program officers
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as health policy analysis or health services administration
  • 5+ years of experience in health program administration or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and promote program success
