Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Fastenal Canada. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Conduct driving record checks and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
