Retail Store Supervisor Job Description
Krystal Vision Optical Inc. is seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Assign sales workers to duties, including sales floor coverage and visual merchandising.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet the needs of the store.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and store profitability.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
