Responsibilities
- Teach a course on Industrial Relations, covering topics such as labour laws, collective bargaining, and labour-management relations.
- Develop and implement course materials, including syllabi, readings, and assignments.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback.
- Participate in departmental and faculty meetings.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Relations or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Recent professional experience in the field of Industrial Relations.
- Experience in teaching, preferably in Industrial Relations.
Working Conditions
The successful candidate will be expected to work on a regular part-time basis, teaching a course on Industrial Relations. The course will be taught in French, and the candidate should have a strong proficiency in the language.
