We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at MAPLE RIDGE WOODCRAFT LTD.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Additionally, the candidate will estimate costs and materials, and possess skills in wood finishing specialization, including graining and staining.
The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors.
They will also be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and possess steel-toed safety boots.
As a team player, the candidate will demonstrate client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
We offer a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.
The work language is English.
