Taxi Driver Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Taxi Driver to join our team at B.C. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of passenger transportation and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick up passengers and transport them to their destinations safely and efficiently.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and ensure they have a smooth boarding experience.
  • Collect fares and provide basic tourist information to passengers.
  • Attend to complaints or difficult passengers in a professional manner.
  • Operate two-way radios to communicate with dispatch and other drivers.
Requirements:
  • Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers).
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye co-ordination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service to passengers. The work environment will be physically demanding, requiring the ability to sit for long periods and lift heavy objects.
