Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Service Officer to join our team at Service Canada - Ontario Region. As a Payment Service Officer, you will be responsible for processing and managing financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage financial transactions, including payments and refunds
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to financial transactions and customer data
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
