Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Canadian Tire La Malbaie, QC store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of inventory control.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- They will possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and train staff, as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and employee performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and resolve issues.
- Provide coaching and training to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education an asset.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
