- Collaborate with technical experts and participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Organize work, including prioritizing assignments, assigning job tasks, and managing workflow in and out.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance internal and external customer experience and satisfaction.
- Regularly review customer feedback and implement necessary improvements to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the heavy equipment industry.
- Journeyperson level certification in a relevant trade is preferred.
- Position requires a thorough knowledge of maintenance and repair of construction/mining equipment.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, protocols, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of service and branch processes.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change and influence outcomes.
- Valid Class 5/G driver's license.
