Exciting Role at Camp de Jour Kéno

  • Guide, mentor, and assess site supervisors throughout the planning and execution phases
  • Ensure that site supervisors meet summer goals and provide ongoing assistance
  • Collaborate with the Day Camp team to uphold activity standards and customer satisfaction
  • Encourage teamwork among resources, both material and personnel
  • Work in tandem with fellow site managers and the Day Camp leadership
  • Engage in the recruitment and training of staff

Your Qualifications

- Access to a vehicle
- Relevant education in recreation, management, or education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in camp or playground settings as an animator
- At least 2 years of experience in site management
- Responsible, self-sufficient, organized, and a collaborative team member
- Flexible with a keen focus on quality
- Current CPR and first aid certification (8 hours)
- Possession of a D.A.F.A. certificate (Diploma of Aptitudes for Animator Functions)
