Job DescriptionAs a Registered Pharmacy Technician with Lawtons Drugs, you will play an essential part in providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations. You will conduct authorized duties imposed by Provincial Pharmacy Regulatory Bodies, including:
- Preparing, processing, and compounding prescriptions
- Receiving and transcribing verbal prescriptions from practitioners
- Ensuring prescription accuracy and authenticity
- Providing injections/vaccinations as applicable by regulations
- Transferring prescriptions to and receiving prescriptions from other pharmacies
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Completion of the Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
