Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Skinny Duke's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and ensuring seamless delivery of customer orders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in restaurant management, with a strong background in leadership, customer service, and culinary arts. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.

We are offering a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, dental plan, and 401(k) matching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, adhering to Skinny Duke's recipes and menu specifications.
  • Oversee daily inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (not required but preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems and other restaurant technology.
