Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of bartenders to ensure they are providing top-notch service and adhering to our high standards.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Manage the inventory and stock of beverages and supplies to ensure we have what we need to provide excellent service.
    • Order stock and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and excess.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Operate the cash register and manage cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
    • Record and balance beverage sales to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
