We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Armstrong Top Pack. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and performing various clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems
- Prepare financial statements and reports, as required
- Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails
- College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
- Experience in accounting or a related field, an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- 40-44 hours per week
