Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing) to join our team. As a key member of our Paid Media Team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and profitability for our clients' advertising campaigns. You'll work closely with our Data Science Team and Creative Team to develop and execute effective strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive growth and profitability for our clients
  • Work closely with our Data Science Team to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results
  • Collaborate with our Creative Team to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
  • Manage and optimize client ad accounts on Google and Facebook
  • Conduct regular campaign analysis and provide insights to clients to inform future strategy
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in performance marketing in an ecommerce-focused role
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels, including Google and Facebook
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and project management skills
