Commercial Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our team at Trans-Logic Truck Lines Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of commercial transport trucks.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position that offers 40 hours of work per week. As a Commercial Vehicle Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.
Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: You will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance services on our commercial transport trucks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts and components.
- Troubleshooting: Using your technical skills and experience, you will identify and diagnose mechanical issues with our vehicles, making recommendations for repairs and improvements.
- Automotive Systems: You will have expertise in adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components of automotive systems, as well as inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience is an asset.
- Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
