Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Toptierreps. As a Family Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families across all ages, genders, and medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous and comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families, including routine check-ups, assessments, and vaccinations.
- Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
Requirements
- Commitment to ongoing medical education.
- Ability to manage a diverse range of health issues in patients of all age groups.
- Experience working in a collaborative healthcare environment.
What We Offer
- All billing and paperwork submissions handled by the clinic.
- Opportunities to work in a collaborative space alongside other healthcare professionals.
- Initial fee-for-service model, transitioning to Family Health Group (FHG) and later to Family Health Organization (FHO) with input from charter members of the clinic.
