We are seeking a skilled Reservation Agent to join our team at OLA TRAVELS INC.

Job Summary

The Reservation Agent will be responsible for attending to financial transactions, calculating travel costs, and providing customers with travel information and details.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to other financial transactions, such as plane tickets and travel insurance
  • Calculate cost of travel and accommodations
  • Recommend suitable products
  • Manage difficult situations with customers
  • Perform general office duties
  • Provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions and special events
  • Attend to cancellations and schedule changes
  • Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system
  • Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours of work per week
