About the Role:
  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for demolition and excavation scopes.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate project conditions and logistics, ensuring accurate project handoffs between teams.
  • Sources pricing from subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining up-to-date records of awarded and pending estimates.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction estimating (demolition, excavation, or general contracting preferred).
  • A solid understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or estimating software.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a valid driver's license required for site visits.
