Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 7-Eleven Canada Inc. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, meeting company standards.
- Sales and Customer Service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, advertising, and in-store events.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory and Supply Chain
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure the store is a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report any safety concerns or incidents to management.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
