Job Title: Ironworker

We are seeking a skilled Ironworker to join our team at T&F Ironworks. As an Ironworker, you will be responsible for erecting and installing scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Perform job-site calculations
  • Align, weld, or bolt units in place
  • Dismantle metal, pre-cast concrete, or laminated timber buildings and other structures
  • Position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures
  • Unload and position steel units so each piece can be hoisted as needed
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

Our Ironworker will work in various locations, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and have efficient interpersonal skills.
