Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our store.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Front Store Manager in managing the human, physical, and financial resources of the store. This includes optimizing customer experience, driving customer traffic, and positively impacting store profitability.

  • Maintain Store Standards to ensure a high-quality shopping experience for customers.
  • Work closely with the Management Team to ensure that Store Standards are consistently met.
  • Assist with labour scheduling and leverage Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels to effectively operate the business.
  • Comply with Human Resources Standards at all times.
  • Contribute to the hiring process, excluding Pharmacy.
Human Resources
  • Drive Blue Culture and engage staff through effective leadership and mentorship.
  • Provide ongoing development opportunities for staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the business and support corporate programs.
  • Superior interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Business and financial acumen.
