About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and independent cleaning subcontractors to join our team. As a subcontractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace.
Requirements:
- A valid business registration number
- A GST Number
- Workers compensation coverage
- Third Party Legal Liability Insurance
- Experience in Light/heavy duty cleaning & waxing, using Auto Scrubbers & Burnishers
- Experience in cleaning large retail stores
Responsibilities:
- Follow current COVID 19 protocols (i.e., mask, disinfecting procedures, social distancing)
- Complete cleaning per provided instructions within the allotted time
- Maintain contact with Operations/ Site Manager if there are any issues, notes, or necessary information to relay
- Have and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, unless provided by Alpine
