Pharmacy Operations Director

- About the Role
As a key member of our pharmacy team, the Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring that all pharmacy services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients
• Ensure medication and over-the-counter supplements inventory levels are adequate to meet patients' needs
• Obtain and review budgeted sales and net contribution
• Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy (dispensary)
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, and a Class A Pharmacist's license are required
• At least 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment is preferred
• Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy Computer system, are a definite asset
